Social Media Marketing & Direction for the Dallas Cowboys Affiliated Esports Organization

During my time at Complexity, I led the Social Media Department and oversaw our social channels helping connect our community to the premier esports organization. From leading activations with our influencers and creators, to crafting the social strategy where we utilized short-form video to grow rapidly our recently-launched TikTok channel, my role was both seeing the big picture of our marketing - as well as working hands-on capturing content "boots on ground" at our events, popups, and around our HQ.

Key KPIs and Achievements:

• Increased following on TikTok and Instagram by 435% within 3 months, and 165,000+ followers on TikTok within 11 months.
• Engineered a comprehensive social media strategy, including content calendar and brand voice, across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Discord; achieved a 40% increase in engagement and 25% growth in followership within 6 months.
• Developed and executed large-scale campaigns for creators/influencers, brand partners, roster announcements, and events, including the 8,000+ attended TimTheTatman Tailgate.
